    • Plate: XYZ789 (AZ) – Red Ford F150 – Parked in “No Parking” curb area

  • No Permit Visible

    • Plate: HJK456 (AZ) – Black Honda Civic – No visible HOA parking permit

  • Repeat Offender

    • Plate: XYZ789 (AZ) – Red Ford F150 – Previously cited on 09/15 for same violation

• Incidents

  • Loitering – Two individuals observed near pool area at 9:40 PM. They left without issue after verbal contact.

  • Trespassing – One male entered maintenance yard through side gate at 10:20 PM. Subject left property after being asked to leave.

  • Damage – Broken light fixture observed in parking garage stairwell.

  • Emergency Services – None this shift.

Notes

• Increased foot patrols around pool area due to repeat loitering complaints.

• Maintenance notified about stairwell light fixture damage.
